Tenured, experienced and well-rounded, Mr. Hoopes is the founder of Lion Rock and is responsible for overseeing all facets of the firm's activities.
Prior to founding Lion Rock, Jonathan was a leading analyst on Wall Street covering the energy technology, oil and gas and information technology sectors.
Jonathan holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School concurrent with an MA in Asian Area Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen brings over 15 years of consumer internet marketing and operations experience to Lion Rock.
Prior to affiliating with Lion Rock, Stephen spent a decade at Amazon, changing the way people shop. Seeing a shift in last-mile fulfillment, he joined a Silicon Valley, next-gen mobile commerce startup.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University. He earned his MBA from The University of San Francisco School of Management.
Zachary Wasser

Zach has been involved in multiple startup and early stage companies, focusing on commercialization of new technology.
Zach holds a B.A. from Whitworth University. He earned his MBA from the University of Houston Bauer School of Business.
